Tacon Event’s were asked to design
a 1920’s themed hospitality suite on behalf of Shell
Global Solutions and Criterion Catalyst at The Hilton
in Prague for the annual European Refining Technology
Conference (ERTC), after being so impressed the previous
year when we designed a James Bond style hospitality suite
at The Hilton in London.
Tacon Event’s organised the entertainment, theming
and dine outs to Prague’s local restaurants over
the three days. Our professional event managers looked
after the day to day running of the suite, which included
liaising with the venue, managing the main hospitality
budgets and running the entertainment.
Shell Global Solutions and Criterion Catalyst were very
pleased with the hospitality suite and the outcome. The
Shell and Criterion Catalyst suite had more visitors than
any of their competitors’ suites over the three
days. |
